When our own Executive Vice President successfully overcame her battle with Breast Cancer, CapNet decided to do something to help fight the disease. It seemed only right that we contribute directly to the City of Hope, the hospital that was responsible for curing her.
Every year, the City of Hope organizes The Walk for Hope to Cure Breast Cancer in major cities across the United States. The walk supports breast cancer research, education and patient care by gathering money raised by walkers who are sponsored by friends and family and from charitable contributions made by corporations nationwide.
This year, CapNet employees banded together to raise $13,336 in an effort to help prevent breast cancer for future generations. We are very proud to say that we were named the 2nd largest corporate sponsor for the Los Angeles Walk for Hope to Cure Breast Cancer. We look forward to continuing to raise money for a cause that is so close to our own hearts.
