We are currently searching for energetic, ambitious and self-motivated individuals for an Inside Sales Rep position. These individuals must have outgoing personalities, an ability to sell, persuade and negotiate, and be team players interested in making incomes in the top 1 percentile of the nation. Responsibilities
- Convert leads that are generated from marketing campaigns to establish a strong account base
- Develop an active prospect database through follow up of interested leads
- Educate customers on equipment financing solutions and best practices for utilizing different financing options
- Conduct independent evaluation of credit risk, compliance, payment options, underwriter options and priority of customer funding
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to grow account base
Qualifications
- Less than one year experience
- Strong work ethic and ambition to exceed goals
- Desire to close new deals
- Positive, energetic attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Hunger for constructive feedback to continuously advance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
- Candidates need to be serious about pursuing a successful career and understand what it takes to get there
