We are currently searching for energetic, ambitious and self-motivated individuals for a Credit Analyst position. Candidates must be team players with excellent analytical and decision making skills and the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate. These individuals must also be able to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze creditworthiness of submittals and prepare recommendations
- Facilitate lease transactions between lenders and internal sales department
- Assist funding department to ensure timely funding of each lease transaction
- Ability to think outside the box in order to provide creative solutions and financing options to customers
- Participate in customer visits as needed
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and sales team
Qualifications
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills as well as negotiation skills
- Refined computer-operating skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Less than one year experience
- Strong work ethic and ambition to exceed goals
- Positive, energetic attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Hunger for constructive feedback to continuously advance
- College degree in business, finance, or related field 3.5 minimum GPA
- Candidates need to be serious about pursuing a successful career and understand what it takes to get there
